EPICCARDS S.R.L. (Arcana Inn) takes the protection of your personal data seriously and processes it in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 — GDPR) and Romanian Law no. 190/2018.

What data we collect

When you create an account, place an order or contact us, we may process: your name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing address, order history, and technical data such as cookies and browsing information. Card payments are handled securely by our payment processor — we do not store your full card details.

Why we use it

• To process and deliver your orders and issue invoices;
• To keep you informed about the status of your account and orders;
• To provide customer support and improve our products and services;
• For marketing (e.g. our newsletter) — only where you have consented, and you can unsubscribe at any time;
• To comply with our legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We share data only as needed to run the store — for example with couriers, payment and banking providers, and marketing service providers — all bound by confidentiality, and with public authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal data.

Your GDPR rights

You have the right to information, access, rectification, erasure ("the right to be forgotten"), restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and the right not to be subject to automated decision-making. You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP) or the courts.
